- 반도체 제품의 동작 및 전기적 특성 검증 (Process/Voltage/Temperature)
- Defect 분석을 통한 원인 규명 및 개선 활동 (Electrical Failure Analysis, Physical Failure Analysis)
- 제품에서 발생하는 불량의 구조적, 물질적 특성 분석
- 평가/분석을 통해 수율 향상 추진
- Test Engineering
- 반도체 제품의 ATE(Automated Test Equipment) Test Program 개발
- Test 생산성 개선 및 cost-effective 프로그램 개발을 통한 Test 효율화
- OSAT(Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) 관리
- Test Infra (Probe Card, Test 보드 선행 기술) Solution 개발
- Probe Card 양산 품질 모니터링 및 개선
- Product Engineering
- Verify the operation and electrical characteristics of semiconductor products (Process/Voltage/Temperature).
- Identify root causes and drive improvement activities through defect analysis (Electrical Failure Analysis, Physical Failure Analysis).
- Analyze the structural and material characteristics of defects occurring in products.
- Drive yield improvement through evaluation and analysis.
- Test Engineering
- Develop ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test programs for semiconductor products.
- Improve test productivity and enhance test efficiency by developing cost-effective programs.
- Manage OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test).
- Develop Test Infrastructure solutions (e.g., Probe Card, Test Board leading-edge technology).
- Monitor and improve probe card mass production quality.
- 개발/양산/고객 품질 확보
- 신뢰성 평가 Methodology 및 통계적 분석 방법 개발
- 신공정/신제품 신뢰성 평가, 개발/고객 불량 분석 및 제품 개발 완료 승인

- Securing Development/Production/Customer Quality
- Develop reliability evaluation methodologies and statistical analysis methods.
- Evaluate reliability for new processes/products, analyze development/customer defects, and approve product development completion.
- Ensure consistent mass production quality through statistical quality control.
- Perform quality audits of foundries and OSATs and respond to customer audits.

Requirements
- 반도체 제품의 이해 및 반도체 소자에 대한 기본적인 지식 보유자
- 논리 설계 및 전자기학을 전공하거나 프로그래밍에 대한 전공지식 보유자
- 공학 계열 (전기전자, 재료/금속, 화공, 기계, 산업공학 등), 물리, 화학 계열 전공자 또는 이에 상응하는 전공지식 보유자
- Basic understanding of semiconductor products and knowledge of semiconductor devices.
- Familiarity with logic design, electromagnetics, or related knowledge in programming.
- Engineering majors (Electrical and Electronics, Materials/Metals, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.), Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent knowledge.
